A. Adopt Resolution Number 24-4325 receiving the Year End Financial Report for fiscal year 2023/2024 and approving budget adjustments assigning the available General Fund unassigned fund balance in the fiscal year 2024/2025 budget.
B. Adopt Resolution Number 24-4326 approving the revised Part-time Salary Schedule implementing increased minimum wage requirement effective January 1, 2025.
C. Adopt Resolution Number 24-4327 granting consent to the County of Napa to renew the Napa Valley Tourism Improvement District (NVTID) and include the Town of Yountville in the NVTID.
