APPROVAL OF MINUTES

PUBLIC HEARINGS

A. Consideration and adoption of Resolution Number 26-032 recommending the Town Council adopt an Ordinance repealing Ordinance Number 26-539 which repealed and replaced Section 17.08.010, added Chapter 17.46 (C, Commons), and amended Sections 17.08.050, 17.156.030, 17.162.020, 17.176.010, 17.236.010 and Table 17.12-1 of Section 17.12.010 of Title 17 (Zoning) of the Yountville Municipal Code and amended the Yountville Zoning Map to establish the Commons (C) Zoning District.

B. Consideration and adoption of Resolution Number 26-033 recommending the Town Council conditionally approve a Use Permit Amendment to allow outdoor seating on the rear patio and garden and increase the permitted number of special events with amplified music and recommending approval of a Sign Permit for a projecting sign at 6764 Washington Street and finding the project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).

ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS

A. Consider and appoint a Zoning and Design Review Board Member to serve in the Chair and Vice Chair positions for a one-year term.

B. Receive a report on proposed amendment to the Zoning and Design Review Board Bylaws governing Board Chair and Vice Chair appointment.
